
Yes Body is a high-energy beginner's movement class that combines rhythmic footwork, resistance training, groove and bounce, core stability, personal expression, and sensual exploration. Yes Body is a space where we say yes to our embodied wholeness, giving ourselves permission to explore what wholeness means. We acknowledge the gifts, the stories, the curiosities, and the wounds our bodies carry, and we use these ingredients as fuel to move and dance into deeper levels of self-empowerment and grace.
